Shed Making

New Men’s Shed in/for Bisley, Stroud, Gloucestershire!

Come and join our Steering Group! We’re looking for men to be part of our steering group that will be part of forming and refining what’s needed to suit local need and enthusiasms. This group will be asked to come up with ideas about how this initiative will be organised, funded and how it will connect with the local community.

Sheds are opportunities for men to access tools, workbenches, skills and opportunities to make and mend in the company of others.

Sheds bring many health benefits by encouraging physical and mental activity, improved wellbeing by providing an enjoyable way to stay socially integrated in local communities by being creative, learning new or passing on skills.

When and where are we meeting?

Public meeting is on Thursday 6th November at 6pm or Sunday 9 November at 2pm.

Come and join us! Please let us know which meeting you can make in advance.

Location at The Potting Shed, the old Mugwell Nursery, Water Lane/HayHedge Lane, Bisley, GL6 7AN.
